Major Changes as a Result of the Coronavirus

HSD will continue to provide health coverage (Medicaid), food benefits (SNAP), income support (TANF, LIHEAP, cash assistance, other programs), and child support coordination. We will continue to quickly move to expand customer’s ability to apply and receive benefits online once approved by our Federal partners.

Child Support Enforcement Division customers are encouraged to please contact the customer service center at 1-800-288-7207 and ask to talk with their caseworker or email Child.Support@state.nm.us and avoid visiting the local office.
