Major Changes as a Result of the Coronavirus
Central Payroll – DFA Central Payroll will need to continue to process payroll for all state employees.
Monthly Allotments – DFA Financial Control will need to continue to send out the monthly budget allotments to all state agencies.
Budgeting – DFA State Budget Division will need to continue process agency budget adjustment requests and the setup and monitoring of emergency budgets.
Vendor Payments – Financial Control Division will continue to process payments to state vendors in order for our vendors to continue their business operations and meet their payroll.
E911 Payment Funds – Local Government Division will continue to process payments to Local Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPS) so they can continue to receive needed operational funds.
Local Government Budgets – Local Government Division will continue to process budget adjustments and invoice processing for local governments so they can continue budgeting and spending.
Census ICountNM – State census team will continue to move forward with the statewide media plan and distribution outreach funds to counties, state agencies, and community based organizations.
