SANTA FE – Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Monday cleared the way for notary publics to perform their duties remotely to avoid spread of COVID-19. In Executive Order 2020-015, the governor waives any disciplinary action for notaries who use audio-video technology rather than face-to-face meetings with clients for notary services.
